Radio for XTM X-Cell kit version?

I an thinking to get this kit. I want a decent radio and servos with dual steering rates, etc. at a decent price. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I am thinking to get this kit. Want engine should I get? I want a race .12 rear exhaust that is decent at a decent price. No $200 engines. Also I want a non pull start. Thanks.

I will drive it on a off road track I will build, through grass, gravel, and in the forest with lots of pine needles. I think I definity want 4wd. I have seen races and the handling is so much...
