Are referring to a 2 blade or 3 blade prop? I tested both with a 2 blade 23-3Da Xoar and a 3 blade Mejzlik 20x10.

It would have been reducing it more than just a bit....and with the guys testing it standing right next to me that would have been a bit obvious. I did lower it some just by not advancing the stick...

All right, so far I have tried a Mejzlik 20x8 3 blade prop and baffles in the pipes of the factory Pitts style mufflers. Any other ideas? I'm 2 to 3db's away from meeting our airfield noise...

It's aluminum, the bends are between the wing and the fuse, not out in the open. I would just as soon buy a new replacement, just want to make sure that 1.25" would work in place of the original...
