i agree don't leave it on over night to discharge. the lowest you might want to go is 1.1v a cell. if you discharge too far you could set yourself up for thermal runaway///where a cell reverses...

Sig LT-40. I find the Nexstar to be cheap covering is wrinkled ////not in balance////and the afs fights you making turns get an LT-40 i still like flying the plane.

TRY SWAPPING THE SERVO LEADS AT THE RECEIVER AND SEE IF THE PROBLEM SWAPS SIDES. IF IT DOES, ITS USING THE GEAR CHANNEL. IF IT DOESN'T ITS THE SERVO.

I'd take a good look at that cord if i was you. I think id hook it up to the same x-miter just like it was, then I would wiggle the wires at the strain relief on both connectors just to make sure...

depends on how wrapped up you are on scale looks if scale looks aren't a big deal then use small screws and cover the canopy seam with ultracoat trim tape.
if scale looks are important better...
