RE: Mugen Seiki MBX4???

I have used an mbx 4xr the last 2 years, and it was a good car, but that's just it, it was only good. I was always looking for something extra to get me to the front, but I could never find it. Find...

RE: RC10GT Shock towers (Graphite or Fiberglass??)

if you race, buy 2 graphite towers and double them up on the front and the back.. It might seem over kill, but it makes the truck handle so much better. If you don't race, just stick with the...

RE: 8ight stock tires. Any good?

not quite super dave - silver is medium, red is soft, pink is a "hybrid" in a way, hard pins and a soft carcass.

RE: When will we see the Losi 8ight???

The plug in the 8 fuel tank is plug to get the tank down to 125 cc's. The AD2 has the same thing, I know in the AD2, if you take it out you get an extra 7 or 8 cc's, that equates to 1/2 - 1 lap extra...

RE: Whats the difference between universals and CVD's?

I think cvd's are more efficient at transfering power, especially to the front wheels because they turn the car, in general, it makes everything smoother. Universals are a bit cheaper than cvd's and...

RE: ofna and OS#8

os plugs are shorter than other plugs on the market. Look at an os plug and a mc coy or RB plug, you'll se the difference

RE: Trying to find out worth of my stuff please look!!!!

RE: Pipe and Plugs for O.S. .21 VZ-B V-Spec

I'll second that for a os 2050 pipe and p3 turbo plug. I think o'donnell makes a hot turbo plug, the 77T? not sure though.

RE: odonnell buggy and engine but when?

who knows - development is slow because the only person driving it is Tebo - although I think they have another driver in the works. They are probably taking their time getting it right - every race...

RE: Pipe for a OS 21 VZ-B V-Spec

being that the 2060 is a 3 chamber, it will be more of a compromise in torque and top end, whereas the 2050, I believe is more orientated for the low end. More top end than the 2050 but a touch less...

RE: Pipe for a OS 21 VZ-B V-Spec

every engine is designed to work with a pipe made their stable. Yes the v-spec will work with a jp2 or a nova 053 or 086 - but the os 2050 or 2060 pipes are designed to extract the maximum from that...

RE: Will a cheap pipe make a engine run hot

you want to run a cold plug in .21 and larger engines. Go out and get yourself some o'donnell 99 plugs. They are not cheap, but they are the best on the market. The 086 pipe will help. Like what was...

RE: Digital servos with AM

The reccomendation of not using digital servos with am radios comes from the fact am needs more power to send a signal compared to fm or spektrum. Digital servos pull a lot more amps than analog...

RE: Shock Mounting Question

Laying your shocks down will create a stiffer suspension initially, but will actually be softer as the suspension compresses.

Standing the shocks up creates a more progressive feel, it starts...

RE: Which engine should I buy

you are a little off here. The 421B has insane TOP end, soft on the bottom compared to any P5 based engine. JP FX21's are powerhouses whether they are stock or mods.

huh, on the first page you pretty much wrote that you wanted nothing to do with this car. Something about the PROTOTYPE having plastic towers and a plastic radio tray?

And the GS CL-1...

RE: v spec jp mod vs. jp fxb8-n

haven't seen anyone run the JP OS mod. I have had a JP b-5n mod for a few months now and WOW. It is a fantastic motor, almost too much power. Can't go wrong with either.
