Don't buy or use a Walkera gyro, unless you want an sluggish feel with a few spins when it loses lock... spend a lil extra and get Align or EF for 80.oo
Your best bet is Futaba GY401, next lower...

If you look some motors have small vent holes you can see the brushes and check the condition or color if they are purple its done. My motor that came with my DF4 went south...
