RE: Simjet 2300 start up issue

Hi!

To me it seems like a pump issue. I had something like your case on a PST 600, and the problem was made by the gear from the pump. The pump was worn out, and as soon I got a new one the...

RE: Simjet 3000 low rpm

Hi!

RE: Simjet Battery queerie

Hi!

You can use that battery, no problem. I do use 3 cell LiPo on my SimJet 2002-fadec, even if it came with a 9,6 volt NiCad.

RE: Simjet Battery queerie

Hi!

For that purpose just to run your engine by powering its fuelpump and glowplug, you can install a 3 cell LiFe-battery at about 2200 mah. That will be perfect. A 3 cell Life is putting out...

RE: Simjet 2250... Lipo ?

You can run a 3 cell lipo on your ECU, but I would prefer a 3 cell LiFe, 9,9 volt. LiFe handle cold temperature much better than LiPo. You can buy batteries from Hobby King to a ridiculous low price.

RE: Simjet 2250... Lipo ?

Hi!

If this ECU is an old original 2002 SimJet Fadec, you can run it on a 3 cells LipPo. The solenoidvalves that belongs to this ECU handle 12 volts. But if you have a Gaspar ECU, you better run...
