i dont know anyone that learned nose in first(there might be someone), so in that thought, tail, right,and left will have been...

swash leveling tool is a cheep investment that pays big dividends in your setup.
a good sim will help you save some money, for when your real heli hit's the deck and taco's your pack!

nose in, you move the stick the same direction the helli is moving.

try it with them off and see if you like it. only takes a few seconds to remove them.

move your cg back, and then you need to find the sweet spot to lock it in. also try using you ailirons less and your rudder more. it will rock less inverted.
