You won't get the same effect with a rudder on a flat wing as you do with a dihedral wing. Where you'll notice the rudder on the Dogfighter is starting or stopping a flat spin,...

The 46LA with an APC or MAS 11x4 or 11x6 should get you there.
I'd use a hot plug, like the A3, and maybe some 15% fuel.
