If Ft Meyers has changed, look at Vero Beach, on the east coast. The housing market is way down, the over all crime rate is low in the area, but the job market is bad, about seventeen percent.

Pro boat makes a $40 speed control, 40 amp constant 50amp burst 12v max, it has a Battery elimation circut, no water cooling needed, I have had good luck with them.
