Google trex500 and get the manual from there. The hk500 is a direct clone of the trex500. I have one and I used the trex manual.All the instructions you get on-line will work. Or it did for me.

I fly planes and helicopters and I flew helicopters in the Army for 20 years. Helicopters are harder to fly. And as was said, your best bet is to get a sim.

When you first lift off, the helicopter will bank to the left. It will not go straight up. After it is flying, you can trim it out. So be ready to react to whatever way it moves when you first pick...

If something was bent and you straightened it, I'll bet your next question will be "why can't I track it and why does it have a vibration". I found that you have to replace bent items on helicopters....

DX6 and DX7. Both great. I broke the antenna on my DX6, my fault. Sent it in and it was repaired for free and checked out and re-aligned. It was over 3 years old when that happened.Great service.

It sounds as if the tail rotor drive motor is bad. It will still turn the blades but not fast enough to control the spinning.
