I would look into the hobby cnc kits. I used one and built my own router that works great. I have about $700 invested. Thy have a support forum to guide you through the process....

Here's a few more pictures of the painting progress. I went over to a buddies and used his router to cut out the hole for the glass and the cutouts for the wood storage slots.

Yes I have the cad files but I have gone from a built up design to making a plug for molding. Also I must ask what you're intentions are for the cad files. I noticed you are a retailer.
