RE: Remake of MK Kits from Naruke

Will Mr. Naruke consider to rekit the Magic 60 as well ? Then you can count me in. No problem, when it would be ARF, being a quality balsa build. No cheap nockoff.

RE: Anybody interested in a NEW YS shortstroke? New, as in produced this year...

If it would be sure, that parts for these engines would be able to get them later and later and later, then I could be interested.

Actually, asked O.S. Engines if they would be interested to...

RE: Magic 60

Well, here my two cents.
The teacher that learned me to fly did had a lot of airplanes, including a Curare 40 , 60 , and a..Magic, all being MK. He simply loved the 40, which was his training...

RE: Curare 60 EP/GP ARF. (Not kidding)

What exactly is SPA, if they block resonance pîpes and retracts ?
I thaught it was the follow up of RC1 , and the Curare, with pipe, retracts and flaps was RC1, with a lot more planes, older, and...

RE: MK Curare

The Dalotel is a .60 version, build, with engine ( not a special, Webra blackhead ), servos, complete, just fails the motor "hood".

RE: Convert to dual aileron servos?

Most of my airplane still use a single servo on the rolls, and the rods never had any problems with flexing, up to the point of crash, where the did flex.
Concerning torque rods, I did had one...

RE: 60 Rear Exhaust ARF

If it's not a problem, to build a airplane in balsa, you could think about an MK Magic 60.
But it's not an easy model to build.

RE: Look for classic pattern builder

I have bought my Curare .40 build as an ARF,
The problem was, he did that work so cheap, and so good and nice, that I could never do it that well...
Totally build, including kit, new, about...

Hey Cedar, would you be open to lend your prop, for reengineering purposes ?

RE: OS Long Stroke owners-Hanno, RF, SF-Last call for Nelson P+L sets

Hello, how much will it cost, and can you ask if he can't make a set for a OS .61 FSR ABC ? If yes, I'm open to buy at least two.

RE: os 61 fx

To me, talking about OS, nothing came near the OS 61 FSR ABC.
Took an airplane vertical after two meter runway , while in the same plane, then SF needed at least 20 meter to take off, and the FX...

RE: curare restoration

I would still reinforce the middle of the wing, where the two foam parts are joined
Have done this with all foam core models I have/had.
