I opened up the charger, cleaned out a small spider's nest, and recharged all my batteries, each getting 8 hours on the charger.
Then I got scientific.
I named my batteries A, B, & C.

The 9.3v indication was from the Charger output, not my good'n'healthy 12v car battery.
