What is the reason for adding the nut on the tail rotor ball link? And where do you add it, on the ball side or on the nut side on top of the first nut?

There are no bolt holes in the cylinder shape on the starter shaft.

I have my airplane starter, but the starter shaft doesn't fit the rubber on...
