OS Header

Thanks for the advice. I was looking at the BVM site - I've already got the wire clamp which I've attached to the exhaust coupler. When you say get the OS Header to go with the pre-tuned pipe, are...

I've got an OS 65DF in my JHH F86 connected to the 3" aluminum exhaust coupler which is attached to my tuned pipe by sticking the ends of each into a piece of silcone tubing. When I test run the...

How to tighten a Dynamax impeller?

Ok, I'll take a look for that tool. Seems like an odd way to design a fan unit. If I weren't so far along in this project I would consider swapping fans. Hope the turbax performs well enough.

Thanks for the suggestions

After all these creative suggestions I feel like an idiot - I typed in the wrong fan. I've got a Turbax III, not the Dynamax. I have inspected the unit and don't see how a tool similar to the JMP...

cool!

i like the ball link idea - I might go with that instead. For the rudder you just built it so the torque rod is perpendicular to the fuse with the ball link at the end, right? I think I'll give...

thanks!

Thanks for the reply! I was kicking around not using a clevis and instead using a strip aileron control horn set because I thought this would be lower profile vertically, but it looks like the width...

not yet

I don't have the stabs glued in yet so there's no pictres at this point. I didn't want to make anything permanent until I was sure the linkages were going to work ok.

ah-haa!

The epoxy problem may be the trouble. The worst spots are along the two seams where the wing halves meet the wing center piece - epoxied together - Is it possible that I could lay down a coat of...
