Anyone Built A GP Patriot Kit?

Just picked up my Patriot last week too. I had a Diamond Dust that, well... bit the dust. It had a Jett .50 w/ a Quickie 500 muffler on it. It was turning 19,200 on the ground. Should run like a...

Great Planes Extra 300s .40 ARF

Try an 11x6 or an 11x5 Master Air Screw Wood on it next time and see how you like it. Has plenty of speed and vertical for me with either of those props and a .46 FX engine.

Cermark F-20 .60-.90size. Heres the "Do-Over."

Heck, it's only a guess as to how fast it's going. I've never had it clocked. Since I'm a horrible judge of speed I was guessing on what I felt was the conservative side. I'll try an MA on it. ...

How about the Direct Connection F-20?

Here's mine... done more in the traditional scheme. Flies like it's on rails. Powered by a Rossi .45 with their tuned muffler. Turning a 9.5x7.5 APC prop. Flies around 90 MPH.
