You can use the carbon fiber setup, just run 4-40 wire all the way through it, glue the ends with hysol and now you have a super strong pushrod with out having to buy turnbuckles.

A few questions,

Is the Contour HD 1080i or 1080p?

Does it utilize a CMOS or CCD sensor?

From what I have read about the Contour HD, it would be my #1 choice for now.

I built a turbojet engine out of a garrett turbocharger once. It was quite the learning experience to say the least. The compressor wheels in the small turbos were used in the early turbojet engines...

When you get around to hooking up all of your extensions for flaps, ailerons, and elevator(s) then use an ammeter to watch your draw when moving the servos. You will know when you have a problem amp...

Your DX6i should work fine as long as it passes a range check properly. For the shockjet a 2 position flap switch will work fine. I use a JR 10x with a 3 position and never use full flaps. Flaps...

I did the same on my shockjet as well as coat the top of the engine compartment halfway to the tail. The BVM heat shield helps to dissipate the heat in the engine compartment and the...
