Hello Guys I may have the problem solved as long as the packs perform OK.I hooked up the 2.11v pack(6.6v) to my Older LRP Quantum charger and hit it with 8 amps .This is a Nim and Nicad charger only...

These are a premade Hypersonic packs, 2s2p 4600.I do not want to cut into them or anything like that until I can make some contact with someone about warranty.I did charge them at 1s 3.6v and it went...

Well I did not want to say much on here but I bought 6 new 6.6v packs and three of them are in the 3 and 2volt range.I cannot get them to come up.In there directions it states if voltage is lower...

For something like the LT 40 I would go with less pitch and keep the diameter up.You well have better thrust and lets face it a LT40 is not designed for max speed.Try a 11x5 APC or a 11.5x 5 Bolly...
