There's lots of ways you could do this. I've got an 8U, not a 9C, but the software is pretty much the same, so here goes...

You could use the glider 2 flap template, which puts the flaps on...

I've flown at El Segundo/Dockweiller several times. I used to work in the area and would fly there at lunch. The airport is not really a problem, since the slope is tiny and you can rarely more...

Typically what I'll do is disconnect the servo arm so I'm free to position the ballink easily...

They just didn't use very heavy glass for the fuselage. It tends to crack fairly easily from what I've seen. It's not like it would cost them more to make it a bit tougher...I think they were just...

AFAIK, my own Sting-DS has clocked the fastest speed for that particular plane (195mph), but there are lots of other planes (Wizard, Opus, ****, Extreme, etc) that have gone faster, so I wouldn't...

Please everyone note, the Opus that NSP offers has NOTHING to do with the Opus that RC-Direct sells. They are completely different airplanes that coincidently share the same name.

I think the best compromise here is to...compromise. Glue the connectors in the fuselage in place, but leave the connectors in the wing loose. The extra wire on the wing end will easlily slide...

I don't think you can anymore. NSP now has an online catalog (http://www.nesail.com), but I think they stopped publishing the paper catalog a few years ago.
