If memory serves me correctly, that is an old Fox handle. Very comfortable and feels more natural than the old EZ-Just handles.

When you glass, are you using epoxy resin or fiberglass resin? I have always used laminating epoxy but really hate the mess which will be the same either way.

The current motor is a turnigy 2211 2300kv. 3 cells would get the speed up but I don't want to carry the extra weight. That, and I don't want to buy more packs. I already have half a dozen 2s 350mah....

The 2005 horns are way too flimsy and the 2038 horn is way too short. The Trex 450 is what I bought these for. I cut out some longer horns out of G-10 and I am going to screw them to the supplied...

It seems to me if you are going to market a servo that would be very popular in a number of applications due to it's performance and pricing, then there should be an appropriately sized arm included...
