RE: Jetcat P20 SE - what airframe?

I've got the JTM Viper Jet and it looks perfectly matched to an MW44 Gold. The other models in the JTM range look just right for a P20. If I had a P20 a JTM L39 would be sitting on the work bench:D

RE: norvel 25

The broken lug is one of the two cast lugs, on the muffler body, used to secure the muffler to the engine.

But thanks for the reply qwertypemdas.

Managed to break a fixing lug off the muffler on my .25 BB R/C Revlite. Can anyone advise on another manufacturers muffler which will fit the Norvel?

RE: Jetlegend T45

Hi wing13z,

My advice would be not to try the old wing. If you do, you stand a real good chance of also needing a new fus! Wash-in ain't good news.

Kind regards,
Eric

RE: 25 size bobcat with Lambert micro turbine

I've set my MW44 at 6 Deg.

Believe John Wright and Dave Wilde used 5 Deg.

RE: Nitro models pusher Bobcat?

Hi Stick Jammer,

My solution was to cut the elevator in half! Each elevator servo then can't interfere with its partner. I did this mainly to ensure that the two elevator servos were not...

RE: Jet Leged 1/8 f 16

Hi fw190pilot,

As Jeff has commented the bearer spacing is a little on the narrow side for a P80. On the other hand to fit an MW54, Mk3 or SS requires the bearer gap reducing!

RE: P-60 or P-70 for JL T-45....Advice Please

Hi Mike,

Of the two I would go with the P70. Given more freedom of choice it would be an MW54 Super Sport.

Hi guys,

The canopy on my 50-size bobcat came off in flight yesterday. The canopy was completely destroyed but did not cause an appreciably trim change and I landed safely without further...

Hi Paul,

I too hold examiner status and agree totally with your statement. I do not count myself amongst those who would claim to Know where 400 ft is when flying.

This discussion has...

Yep, agree.

The real trick is to record all these learned parameters so they go out with the kits, especially since most affordable kits these days do not have "up front" instruction/flight...

RE: Nitro models pusher Bobcat?

Hi fw190pilot,

My 44 gold is fitted at 6 deg relative to the airframe base plate. The nose does not pitch up at full stick, well, not that I've noticed anyway.

5 degs will be fine.

RE: Fei Bao Hawk

Hi Steve,

Your Hawk looks great!

I’ve flown my JL T-45 at 120 and 125 mm c of g and both positions were O.K.

As you are aware the two airframes are different so a direct comparison...
