If you want to see if it is the wheels making it vibrate, take all of them off and do the same test. If it does not wobble then porbably one of your tires is mounted offset or maybe the tire foam...

Did you calibrate the ESC? Your instructions should tell you how to do this but it is normally required when first putting in a new Traxxas ESC.

You also should make sure your ESC is not set...

I would also say quite honsetly look at the big picture. A two wheel drive stadium style like the Firestorm or even the Rustler you can get to go well over 40 MPH but those also have some drawbacks...
