RE: IS THERE A GOOD .40 SIZE TAILWHEEL AVAILABLE?

I like dubro's because they're cheap! I go down to my local true value and get springs for like 75 cents a piece. I rig like the sullivan/dubro thing above.

RE: Fun AIR 3D 40

I second that on the worst ARF! it's real ****ty, but yours did come out nice. Mine's needing a replacement because they just fall apart after about a year (if you fly them enough without...

RE: YS 63 Lost my Muffler is it OK to fly on my Sledge?

What!?! You guys actually replace the mufflers on your Y.S. engines!!! After they fall off (usually doesn't take long) I just leave them off since they have a pump. It makes the engine sound really...

RE: Have evolution .46 for Morris profile

If it's arf's you're wanting, go to http://www.extremeflightrc.com/XFRC-Main.htm and check out their edge. I haven't seen one personally, but from what I hear it's awesome. It's about 4 down on my...

Dang! I wish I could make it. Maybe when I get out of college I can actually drive to Houston for the weekend. I guess I'll just have to try REAL hard to make Memphis.

RE: Have evolution .46 for Morris profile

The shape does make a difference, as well as construction and final weight. Thats why I named the top 4 morris profiles. The balsa nova and hots suck, they're old designs. Once you've narrowed it...

RE: Have evolution .46 for Morris profile

Ok it sounds like I was trashing your engine and that wasn't my intention, it was just a quick of handed reply. You actually could try the engine and if it doesn't do what you want, swap it. I've...

RE: Have evolution .46 for Morris profile

It's heavy, and doesn't produce alot of power. The evolutions are good for a trainer... they start easy, they run, but they're not as great in the power dept as you'll want.. Sell it! And get a TT...

RE: cool power 15% - opinions please

I used to run straight coolpower until I found WILDCAT. Coolpower is fine for anything. Just run it. Our club now just puts together a HUGE order and a certain SW missouri hobby shop sends in the...

RE: A #9 challenge to all...

I do believe that's rule 8 and 9! Hell, why don't we see who's the first one to break the most rules at once in 2004. Here's my plan: drink beer, attach metal bladed propellor and fireworks to...

RE: O.S. 56 FS in light 3D plane--What prop?

I used a apc 12.25x3.75. Turns that engine into a little stump puller if you get it tuned out right. Under 4lb should be good too. Much over, and you'll want a bigger engine.

RE: New 3D trick, tell me what u think!

Just because the AMA makes a RULE, means something's against the law? I hardly think so.. Some rules were meant to be broken.

RE: BRO PRO TWISTER

Gator,
Keep us posted on that Magnum 52. I owned a magnum 40 once hated it, broke it, and bought an O.S. If their newest engines live up to the hype, that 52 looks like a good deal.
