No worries voodoo. I have a factory starter motor for my super eagle. The printed numbers/letters on the side of the can are RK-370SD-5028. I am going to order a few directly from the shop in china....

This is the motor used for the starter motor in my turbine. It could be substituted by a rebaged mabuchi but the specs have to be identical.

voodoo, I have been searching high and low for these exact motors. Do you have any idea where I can find them in the USA? Any chance of you selling a good spare?

according to hobby lobby all the 300 series are sold out and discontinued.
What gives? Any other options? Anyone else have them in stock. I googled em but came up with limited results.

I would agree bob but the thing is my bendix is in fine shape. The motor is the problem. So spending $115 for a $13 motor is a bit much for me.

Thanks K12! I think it is safe to assume that I have the Super Eagle. The number designation must be because my motor is an older unit. Thanks again for your help with this one.

K12rc, that might be helpful. I measured mine and at the intake end I got right at 109mm. at the tail end I got 111mm. According to the maual these measurments match the Super Eagle. Another thing...

I am of the thought that they all use the jf letters. I think it is the numbers that indicate the model. I have been known to be wrong before.
