Any idea what the rpms are on these things? I bought a new engine with a tiger drive on it and my poor old 18v drill doesn't seem to be doing the trick. OR something else is wrong LOL

Chubbysuncle is right there.. the leading edge should have the pin in it.. As the shaft spins the front side of the shoe should be attached and the following...

Lhs guy sold me a similar clutch spring to the original, but it broke. Next one he mentioned filing down the lower part of teh clutch plate that might be pinching the spring when the clutch comes...

My clutch is binding, and I've only begun breaking the engine in. The truck rolls freely then just binds up and stops. The racers who were around said it was the clutch. Darn, was looking forward...
