Make sure the word Kyosho that is stamped on the links is facing out. They make a big deal about that in the manual. Also, I have a metal swash assembly I will sell you for $25. Let me know....

Max, I see you have an nitro truck in your gallery. The heli throttle position and clutch operation is the same.

With the throttle stick in the low or idle position the clutch wont engage when you start the engine. So the blades dont spin. Moving the stick forward speeds the engine, engages the clutch gradually...

Does the gyro have a normal/reverse switch on it? Try either setting it on reverse or turn the gyro 180 degrees.
