Im running a Simjet 2250 pushing 10 kg on my fishweight :-)

I have a small washer under the front. I have did try to ad another, but it's not possible since the starter is touching...

Hi,

In my case it's the same throughout the flight, fully loaded with fuel or empty.
I don't think it's nose heavy. I added 35 g of lead on the tail just to check, and there was no change.

Today I ran the turbine several times on my 3 cell lipo.... After every start I had to change glow plug...:-(
Any solutions...? Connect a lighbulb or a resistor to lower the voltage?

Hi Uefly,

The turbine I have is an old one, original with air start that I monted a manual elstarter on.
There is no solenoids valves, only a manual 3 way valve that i flipp over after...

I have the gold colored ECU, and running on a 8 cell ncad at the moment.

If you use freemixes you don't need to play around with ATV and D/R.
Asign one mix for each of the second and third switch position.
Throtle as master, and pump as slave. just...

JC changed one of the printcards in the ECU and now it's working just fine.
They alos upgraded it to 6.0

Now I just have to find out how to increase the RPM's to 175000

So far Simjet has given me a much better service than Jetcat-DE.

When you call Jetcat in Germany they sounds like great people, but they don't answer emails or picking up packages at...
