RE: living room flyer

The blue bipe needs about 30'x30' so maybe not the most practical lrf.
Good for a gym though or small backyard.
With all the terms like backyard flyer, micro, super micro, lrf & the like

Looks to be the standard for the $25-30 range and should
work in the plans I posted.
The design does work for a really nice flyer. The...

RE: living room flyer

The first few flights were good, about the same as
the bipe but with more lift.
I had some problems with the battery charging so
I removed the circuit board that was attached to the lipo.

RE: living room flyer

That Square6 flies very tight!

RE: Air Hogs Aero Ace!

The sharpie would do it! I always wondered why they were interested more in
the condition of the box than the contents. Also explains why some of my earlier
purchases had the decals already...

RE: Air Hogs Aero Ace!

No problems with the stab but the yellow RF turned out to be really tail heavy.
Mounting the lipo in the wing to slim down the fuse didn't work like it did on
my other AA version. Instead of...

being an avid flyer I doubt you'd enjoy 4...

RE: Aero Ace Lipo Upgrade

I put a 250mah in my AA PowerHawk it worked. A little faster and
a longer flight time. I've only flew a few times though for about
20 minutes total so I can't tell you the long term effects.

RE: Air Hogs Aero Ace!

RE: Air Hogs Aero Ace!

a straight wing, soaking it in water...

the exsisting antenna wire. Also fresh batteries in the transmitter helps

I use a wall plug in ran through...
