highflyer, yes cutting the exhaust stack may be a good idea. When i dead sticked into the sagebrush my plane did flip over and the exhaust stack broke off at the weld. I ordered a new one for 16.00....

I went flying earlier in the week and had a dead stick landing the the weeds. I had to rebuild the bottom of fuse foreward of the landing gear and reinstall landing gear. The wheel pants are wasted....

A new AW yak owner here. Mine has a crrc 26cc gasser on the front end. This plane flys real nice but the ailereons and elevator is real touchy when using the recomended throws.
