its not stronger than steel. its more riggid. and i believe it was bad driving that broke it. i havnt had a chance to drive it. every time i do, i end up having to fix something.

the engine mod sounds fun. the vantage chasssis is a novilty item. the old r/c tech talked the owner into getting it. i knew it would crack. it cracked from one of the larger screws to the edge...

Its going to need a new chassis. I just found out it was cracked. I'm going to Lower the gear ratio and change the hubs and tires. And put the stock chassis back on.

I run a 3.3 with the Vantage chassis, pipe, wing, tank skid, Tekno box, wing mount, and servo mount, pull start, Proline 23mm hubs, 40 series velocity wheels, and bow ties. I need it to be faster....

the local track is a "run what you brung" track. There is a guy from corpus christy with a brushless buggy. no one can keep up with him. hopefuly i can.

I dont think so. I live in Mcallen. anyways. so do the pbs and my pcr have the same front ends? Is the hyper 7 pcr just a pbs with laydown servos?

I will install a fuel filter, charge jack, and gear it a little higher. What else can I do? Will an HS-645MG be able to steer this thing?
