During the breakin period a 14X8 APC (bench run). I will use a 13X8 APC and experiment with a Master Airscrew tri blade 13X7 now that it is mounted on the Tiger 60. :eek:

A friend made an adaptor extension that allow me to use a MACS one piece muffler on my Tiger 60 with the JBA 15G. This makes for neat and simple installation.

NoFlaps - do you know for a fact the OS 91 muffler will fit the JBA?? That would certainly make things easier...

JBA exhaust manifold dimensions - bolt to bolt is 30mm, H X W 11mm X 20mm

I recently installed a JBA 15cc in a Tiger 60. I'm working with Jtec to come up with muffler design that will work with fuse clearence issues.
Once I have the muffler installed, I will report back...

Could it be a timing issue? A pilot at my field was having a similar issue with his Saito gasser. After adjusting the timing, the engine ran well.
