Hi Alan thanks, we have tried the setting with the trim adjustment but will give it a go on Wednesday, I thought that you may be able to set the idle with low end screw but it seems not.

Just thought that I might just show you some of the photo's that relate to the manufactured strutt's for the Taylorcraft. The process was very easy and only took 2 or 3 days to complete...

I guess it all comes down to $$$$, you can fly all day on the smell of an oily rag or pay through your nose for glow fuel all week end then pay for rags to clean your plane up after you have finished...

How about a MVVS 26 PETROL or a EVO 26 PETROL they are the same engine and would fit just nicely. I get my MVVS 26 in a couple of weeks and throws a 18*8 prop.
