So you did noticed the propp.
It is an really old ED 9x6 that used to be flexible but is hard as a rock now.
I have 14 NIB ED propps and they all are like this.


Fuel is 1/3 Kerosine 1/3...

I have not ran diesel in a while.
But today I made a new batch of fuel, the last one was 25 years old.

Any one recognise this engine?

Ran this NIB beast yesterday.
I used 75/25% all castor fuel for the first tanks of fuel.
It has a Fox idlebar plug and a Kiel Kraft rubber propp.

HP is one of my favorit engines, I have 11 HP engines from 1969 to early 1980ths.
Strong and light engines, I have 5 HP 40, 3 pylon rear intake and one like yours and one Gold Cup.

I ran my dad's old McCoy 19 redhead.
Muffler unknown, Top Flite 10x6 nylon prop, Fox idle bar plugg.
Fuel is 25% castor oil and 10% nitro.
And it has an modified Fuji 19 RC carb.

The ellbow is from a HP 60 engine, and the pipe from a Super Tigre 60.
It's tuned for high rpm, so it's pretty short.
I'll try to take a photo to night if I can find some time.

Updated.

I put the engine on the bench again today.
Still 80/20 all castor oil, and a APC 11x6, an HP 60 ellbow and a Super Tigre pipe.

Now the HB screams:D

Got 14200 rpm's out of...

I also have the aluminum bushed engine, and I put 2 shims extra on the crank, my engine has no strange noises at all.
