RE: OFFICIAL MINI E-REVO THREAD!!!

There this thing, that its called internal resistance. It affects all batteries, some more others less. Thats why you don´t see a linear graph on discharge charts for batteries.

Lipo is a lot...

Two years ago I´ve stopped buying expensive escs, batteries, servos etc... . Found cheaper solutions, they work very well and they allow me to buy more things.

RE: Updated info on the 1/16 Slash & E-Revo

@FairTax4me

I would say that, most of ps can handle at least 18A on the 12v rail. Since, now, his hard to find any ps lower than 200W.

@Matt_Gruizinga ehehe :P the fuse on the ps should...

RE: Updated info on the 1/16 Slash & E-Revo

@FairTax4me , I also use a modified pc power supply. It works like a charm. But I do have to put a "charge" on the 5v rail so the power supply "knows" that it can give full and stable power on the...

RE: Updated info on the 1/16 Slash & E-Revo

It´s like going from a r18b to an r18mt or a rc18r.

You can have a "new car" just by trading some parts.

RE: Updated info on the 1/16 Slash & E-Revo

I was browsing the pictures on traxxas site, and something struck me. Going from e-revo vxl to the slash vxl is going to be really easy.

RE: OFFICIAL RC18MT/B/T THREAD

RE: OFFICIAL RC18MT/B/T THREAD

Constant discharge: 3-5C

Since it is a 2.5A battery, you can draw 3*2.5A = 7.5A , or on burst 5*2.5 = 12.5A

your motor and speed controler will pull or draw more current than that. So your...

RE: OFFICIAL RC18MT/B/T THREAD

@kukkudo If the batterie is for your transmitter, than ok, it is for your car, than you should choose a battery that can sustain more amps.

As for chargers, they seem reasonable but there are...
