I have an E-Flite Tribute and found it to be easy to fly; much easier than a GWS P-51 Mustang.

If you need to replace the motor, try one from an OralB Pulsar toothbrush.
They run about $5.00 each.

I have seen an article in one of the AeroAce forums on how to remove the motor and weight...

I've runs this on 5 different computers running windows 95, 98, 98SE and XP and haven't experenced...

Have you mapped and calibrated your controller?
Also your controller may default to digital mode so you would have to switch it to analog mode, see your instructions

Yes, you do have to remove the solder bridge used for the channel selection.

Take care installing your switch making sure it doesn't interfere with the throttle and if you use a long nose pliers...
