yea I thought I only spent like 200 on hop ups... then last night I added it all up... this car has cost me 1,096.38 all together with the car. but yea a sound system and ice maker sounds like a good...

lol no all that was just hop up parts... all together with my car has cost me 1,096.38.. lol plus with all the aluminum parts my car is gonna be heavier than hell... thats why I bought the .18TZ......

see but the rotory carb doesn't have the SG shaft... thats the thing that worried me... so pretty much the CV 18 is the way to go ?... what hp is that ? and whats the rpm rate on it ?

ok yea I have a NTC3 and I've run the Traxxas 2.5 33 % through it... and now I'm runnin Odonnels 25%... Odonnels runs way more smoother than the 2.5 crap... the traxxas fuel makes my car lag in and...

well see I was gonna put the .18TZ in my NTC3... but the thing is... would the slide carb work with the stock servo ?... because it have a rotory carb. I just wanna buy the engine and the roto start...

I know I seen that body... that aint it... and that body isn't worth the money... because Tamiya is coming back out with it early this month... same body and all... but I'm just tryin to find the one...

well pretty much both... I bash on the week days with my brother and a cupple friends with R40's that have the Sirio Evo3 in them but I race on the weekends for money and winning rc cars if they put...

lol yea I was lookin last night at some OS engines and I like the stats on the .18TZ but 2 things I noticed... the Slide carb would fit my TC3 because its the SG crank but I don't think the slide...

ok yea I've been lookin at the .18TZ but the thing it... the carb is a slide carb... plus the roater carb ones the crank wouldn't come close to fitting... because its an SG crank... help me out...

lol ok sounds good man... I just never had to replace a pinion gear before... brother took the friggin car out when I was at work and was drivin it on some dust in the road... got a little rock in...

well I bought a new clutchbell and pinion gears... I was just tryin to get these apart to see how they go on. lol to they just screw onto the clutch bell and you use thread lock on the smaller pinion...

I been sittin here for about 2 hours... and still stomped about how to remove my Pinion gears from the Clutchbell ?... maybe someone could help me out... do they screw off or do you have to yank them...

yea deff... Ehroof remembers when I 1st got my lightning... a better engine would be nice for it yes... but the lightning is a great car... I dunno why I ever gave mine to my brother after he smashed...
