Yeah well been there done that. 2 of the screw holes are stripped anyway need a new mount, not that much for a new one roughly about 10 bucks.

humm...that would explain why the one side of my spur gear is melted..the clutchbell touched the spur and melted the one side and the gears..Humm..inteeresting. guess it's time for a new mount.

yeah good idea. might be just that. i'll take a look and see how tight i actually had it and buy a new spur on monday and rip around the truck again.

Yeah i did exactly that but no sucess. i did the paper trick aswell and i burned 2 today..
it just happens like id go off a jump then go to do a speed run and the engine just goes "Wreeeeeee.."...

hey guys, i'm having a hard time with spurs, blew a 52 tooth and a 48 tooth today kinda pissed [&o]
i know about the paper trick..but would tightening the nut on the thing be some what of the cause...

i think you can get adapters that are for truggies or somthing like that and use it for the savage. offset wheels will work.
just search it on google and see what you can come up with.

Practically the only thing holding up the truck is the shocks. if you want to lower the truck without spending too much, go to a lower oil weight for the shocks and/ or get softer ones so it's not so...

maybe i'll just drill a screw in the tank attached with a rubber thing to stop the shock from hitting the fuel tank.

This guy is a god. just goes to show you what your truck can and can not handle under certain conditions. it was me eho said to keep the stock plactic one in. wayyyy easier fix and not too expensive...
