RE: What in the World is a Sleeve Resizer

LOL...every so-called engine pincher has "precision" tools, shocking. Compressing a circular sleeve and making it smaller in diameter is impossible without deforming it even at a minute level. "No...

RE: Agama Racing A8

I've seen r/c car magazine editor Stephen Bess running one at Hot Rod Hobbies, to test it for the magagazine review. it looked really fast, it jumped well but it didnt really look like his losi on...

RE: What in the World is a Sleeve Resizer

Nice sales pitch. if you want an engine rebuilt, then rebuild it.

pinching it with a pipe clamp, or sending it to someone who uses a complicated pipe clamp, is a waste of time. they all suck...

it has nothing to do with racing. the xtm stuff strips spur...

RE: New to 1/8th buggies. What should i get?

this is why forums stink, too many people pushing brands they bought. id rather ask people at the track or read magazine reviews. if someone recommends a thunder tiger or xtm i know right away...

RE: Alpha Plus Engines ***Top Performance for under $210***

interesting comments here versus RC TECH's thread, where people are having carb problems, connecting rod failures, bearings leaking and general low-quality issues. ive seen 2 of these alphas and...

RE: Got a Losi 8ight 2.0 Roller!!!

Stock buggy diff oils are 5/5/2...the above mentioned oils from "Barrydidntknow" were for the 8 2.0T TRUGGY (barry actually didn't know, heh).

Don't bother with the Smart Diffs, they are more $$...

RE: D8, Z01-b Team, or RC8 FT ????

HB D8, or RC8B. The O'Donnell car, and parts support, and team, is an absolute joke. What a miserable fail of a vehicle, sorry but true.

The RC8B is actually a lot better than the first car,...

RE: New to 1/8th buggies. What should i get?

You're kidding right? Thunder Tiger ST? Good luck finding parts ANYWHERE, set-ups ANYWHERE, or finding performance anywhere with that truck. It's a PILE...indestructible maybe, but for truggies,...

RE: Best electric 1/8 buggy

Ugh, what is up with these Caster fan boys suggesting their $200 vaporware?

Why haven't you considered a Losi 8ight 2.0E?

Of your choices the VE8 rocks. Kyosho's Inferno VE is kinda...

RE: Should i get a Axial .28

No, you shouldn't get one. The carbs are leaky and the engine loves to run SUPER hot. Good luck.

RE: O'Donnell ZO1-b Team

A quaint thought, but not really true. Taylor James raced the Losi 8ight buggy at the 2010 Silver State and managed a C-Main finish.

Sometimes it DOES come down to the car.

The "he could...

RE: -OFFICIAL CASTER RACING FUSION EX-1 BUGGY THREAD-

If any of your parts break, you can always replace them with higher quality MUGEN MBX-5 PARTS since the Caster is a Mugen CLONE copy.

Let the flaming begin. The truth pisses some people off. ...

RE: Xray 808 or Xray XB8 EC

Hmmm...keep the Ford Pinto, or keep the Ferrari F430?

XRay copied the Losi 8ight w/the 808 for a reason. It's the better option.

RE: What should I expect from the Go Tech 3 Port Race Turbo?

alott of people have had problems with the go engines, you get what you pay for!!!!

why add a $100 OS carb to a $190 engine, just buy the OS VSPEC from the start and do it rite the first time.
