checked timing and found it to be right on.
Think I am going to try a colder plug if that wont work then I will add a head gasket, thanks for the help.

I have run almost a gallon of fuel throught this engine and I have not seen any improvment.
My other TT91 FS was an easy break in and is still running great and has been hauling a EXTRA 300 around...

Go with a 91 4stroke you cant go wrong. take one rib bay off each wing and add 1 in. to the rudder. Changes the 4 Star 60 into a real go getter. use a 14X6 prop.

I have a mag. 120 4 stroke in a phaton 90 turning a 16/6 master airscrew.I get 9000 leaned out and I back off to 8700 for flying.
Running 15%. I love this engine.

I have been using GWS servos in my Phaton 90 on elevator an rudder both are ball bearing and 87 in/oz, have had no trouble at all, have bought some more to use on my new extra 300.
