Disposing of damaged Li Ion cells.

I just repaired a few battery packs so now I have a few damaged single cell lipos around.

If I remember correctly u are suppose to put holes in damaged cells and submerge them in salty water...

Well I got HZ041T shipped out in a flash. but I dunno they say its 1.5mm hex but it seems like 3mm? unless the shaft can be reversed to reveal a smaller hex end.
