Your setup should be fine. I fly the Transall ( 7,5 pounds) with 2 x 35-48 1100kv, 2 x 60a escs, 10x5 3-blade props and a single 4s 5000 lipo. It flies very well. Landings are really scale. I put the...

I have about 2 dozen airplanes, all electric, and from my experience I can tell you everything is possible with the incredible variety of electric setups now on the market....

I heard a lot of horror stories about long wires from the controller to the batteries... I have many electric twins and I always put extensions from the controller to the batteries but...

I'm sorry... The plane you bought is the new MP electric version of the c-160... I bought it last week for 134 $ and I'm waiting for delivery.
For this plane I will be using 2 x Turnigy...

It's the CMP transall c-160 that's been on Nitroplanes for some years now: about 5,5 lb weight. I've got the militray camo version
Wingspan: 72 inches
Length: 53.5 inches
All built Fiberglass...
