I see that they're now running the SC w/ 3wire std servos, and the receivers are std DSM2, so you're OK then. Just use a dab of hot glue to mount the servo.
I suggest that you apply a piece of tape...

Why not take the opportunity to change out the electronics with a couple of standard 3 wire HS55 servos, and a contemporary radio receiver.

You can used a dab of hot glue or silicone caulk to hold...

The FAA already dictates restrictive operation directives through the AMA who then notifies, through e-mail, all members in that area of concern of these NOTAM.

You can either use Foam-Safe CA with a shot of kicker , or some 2 part 5 minute epoxy, and then hold it in place for a minute or so.

I've used the epoxy with great success.
Just open the crack...
