I am using the OS cvs15 and it has not enough power, you can fly it but no 3D.

The engine that can be used is the OS 15CV-A.
Why do you want to use a pul start, it has a verry nice topstart.

It is 290 EURO that is about 280 USD.
I think the quality is very good, there are almost no plastic parts, swashplate and tailsection are al of aluminium.

I'am going to use the Os 15CV-A, because that is the only engine that wil fit without any modifications.
It is not a pul start engine, it is a top start engine.

ZXX parts upside down??

Yes that is correct by the older models the flybar was on top of the mainblades and the tailrotor was on the left side, so don't worry and start flying.
And use a training gear for you first flights.
