RE: THS pipe question

So the pipe would probably work, even though it'd be a bit small for a BB, but I would definately need a new header.

RE: How to remove/insert a brake disc on a t-maxx 2.5?

You'll need to remove the front driveshaft and possibly remove the whole transmission. The easiest way to do this is to disconnect your throttle/brake servo linkages, take loose your drive shaft...

Pullstart for .18TM (revo)

Does anyone know of a pullstarter that will fit the .18TM other than the one traxxas makes? I bought the traxxas one and sometimes it will get stuck and I have to take it off to get it to wind back...

RE: I want to make my revo slower ! lol (read inside)

Adjust the linkages to limit how much the carb opens. Or if you had a digital radio system you could set the epa on the throttle servo.

RE: Racing a Maxx.. some questions

FYI, Vantage makes a racing carbon fiber chassis for the T-Maxx. Not sure if many people use it, but if it's anything like the revo chassis, it should be pretty good.

RE: Questions on my Tmaxx - .15 Pro

I'd personally suggest the OS .18CV-RX. It's a direct fit into the pro .15 maxx. That's what I did and it's a good engine that is a lot easier to tune than the pro .15. If you want to go with the...

RE: looks like ive found my next engine

I would be willing to bet, if it comes out real soon, that the price will drop in time for the christmas holidays.

RE: looks like ive found my next engine

Unless it makes gobs of power, I seriously doubt they are going to sell many at that price! IMO they need to come down at least $150.

RE: Major Air!

RE: 3.3 T-MAXX trans

The truck rolls just fine when I put it on the ground so I doubt the diffs are in backwards. The tires would roll in opposite directions if they were in backwards. Anyway, I'll try replacing the...

RE: .18 Engine for a T-MAXX?

They are being discontinued by Tower. That doesnt mean O.S. is discontinuing them. Yes a .21TM is coming soon, but the popularity of the .18TM will certanly keep parts avaliable for it. In otherwords...

RE: Newly Painted Crowd Pleaser Body 2.0

I think it'd look good if you leave the rims blue and do the wing in black. A little bit of both ;-)

RE: .18 Engine for a T-MAXX?

You can buy the .18TM for the revo and just use a header made for the t-maxx

RE: buying new steering servo

You wont be disappointed with this servo. I just bought this one to replace my 645 on my maxx and it is much quicker and has quite a bit more torque.

RE: .18TM for T-Maxx discontinued?

Well that's good news. I guess my .18CV-R will have to last just a wee bit longer.

RE: new parts arrived!! Some help needed.

That "plug" on the fuel filter is just that. You plug the fuel line from the tank to keep the nitro fresh and it prevents fuel from gumming up the carb.

RE: O.S. tm into a tmaxx .15

You would want the (s) motor but it doesnt come with a pull start so you'd have to end up buying the backing plate and the pull start. So your best bet would be to get the .18TZ-TX.

Here's a...

RE: O.S. tm into a tmaxx .15

You can use the .18 TZ with the rotary carb also. You'll just need to buy a new pipe and header to accommodate the rear exhaust port.
