I did not glue the fitting in case I need to remove it. But I used pipe tread sealant to prevent any airleak. Silicon would work just as well.

transmitter ON, receiver ON
CARB at IDLE setting!
prime fuel lines.

DO NOT add grease to the clutch, those are just air vents. On the newer models the "greasable" clutch housing extension is sealed off from the clutch, when you add grease it lubes the flex cable...

At first engine choice was homies, later came air cooled zenoahs, then water cooled zens.
I am sure it is normal the way yours is setup.

In theory you should pull out the propshaft/flex...

The trim tabs were installed by enforcer/warehousehobby, it came like that when I bought it many years ago. I did not mess with it , I had confidence in the builders so I did not mess with the trim...

Just came back from the garage and measured, the hull is 46", it balances at about 13.8" from the back which is 30%.
with gas tank about half full.
The measurement was with the 46 inch hull...

Howabout a 90 degree intake tract, short may 2-3 inches or so? To eliminate blowback mess and may dampen sound as well.

Further testing - report.

5/8" soft motor mounts are too small and too soft, sorry - topsecretboats-

It is hard to tell by looking at your pics, but you should have a 1/4 scale size rudder servo and 4-40 size rudder pushrod.

That is not what I meant.
I have the same or similar rudder setup, on mine the upper rudder blade bolt is stainless, but the lower is aluminum.
If your boat/rudder hit something it will shear...

Allright I think I may found the problem ,

Measured runout on the collet it is 0.007" ( measured on the outside round surface) while the crank has 0.001" which I believe may just be bearing...
