Can't get stopper into chinese fuel tank?????

any tricks to getting the fuel stopper into chinese fuel tank? rubber stopper won't slide into hole in fuel tank. it is too big. is there a way to grease it? or something else?? forceing it doesn't...

CG How does it effect landing?

I have a WM GS P-51 with a brisson 2.4,springairs, flaps. this plane always drops the nose with flaps or without just before touchdown. i read somewhere about cg effecting this.i have another same...
