Well i got it sorted yesterday....my controller/receiver unit stuffed and so is the servo.....boy does the H8 fly with the 9.6v battery pack....
If i goto a 12T Pinion Gear with that give me more...

i have a spare Rx but i dont have a speed controller....just goin to wait and see what happens when my mate comes over...

nope they are all good
it happens when i turn it on, the servo starts turning to the left even when the servo is by it self(no servo arm), both the one in the buggy and the spare i have
