My 20 years old castrol m30 is somewhat thick, but mixes well also with little ether.
Did anyone try soy or corn oil thickened by being a couple of years in plastic bottles at open sun? They appear...

Sorry, Davis, it seems you have a somewhat confused idea of what you are using....and why.
No problem and nothing to deal with the mix you sell. You use a well known recipe and I think it it works....

Metropolitan myths here?
No ignition improver gives oxygen to the combustion. Actually most of them need oxygen!
Their role is far soubtler of that one of nitromethane for glows.

but don't despair, this under 20cc variable compression aspirated diesel went (rather) well on 55 years ago pump diesel. NO ether needed

balsaeater, dehidrating alcohol for obtaining ether is a very difficult task, since it involves highly corrosive acid, very flammable liquids, high temperatures, etc.

Francisco, I don't understand if you did run on no ether mix made with diesel and oil or on substituting kerosene with diesel in an ether mix.
By my experience the latter solution works well.

amsoil is not nitrIte, but nitrAte. those products are chemically obtained in quite different ways. to be exact.
As for diesels, sometimes this difference does not matter too much,...
