I had a similar problem trying to get the inlet duct in and thought it wasn't worth the muckaround.
I'm not sure if you get that much benefit out of the bypass when the wing and saddle...

Pushed a 3.2mm drill bit into a 3mm id brass tube and drilled 3 holes as close to the top as possible.
Was a bit tricky not to drill right through the top of the tank...

Ok so I'll just drill a hole or two. Maybe the glue has covered it..Thanks for checking.

The green stuff is kero past its used by date. Still good to flush out my tanks I think.

Hey guy's i'm in the middle of the Ultra build and today was filling up the tanks to check for leaks.While there was no leaks I noticed the main doesn't fill totally with the baffle in the middle....

I agree, i received mine not long ago from HK Aus warehouse and it is no better than a peice of junk.
Fuse was rippled and unfinished, rear section was puttied up to cover up gaps and it goes on.
