i just did it ! What you have to do is to zip tieyour sensor harness to the sparkplug cable, on the top of the engine and let your sensor in air. The mgnetic pulse that gave the coil will be detect...

o.k. but when my servo horm turn right or left, to rod want to move down and there no such down movement on it. But if you said it's like that i have to install it, i will give a try .

if you want to build it electric, try out the emax bl2820/07,. I got this motor and i bench it ( with a electronic fish scale). here the result.

with a 11.1v lipo 3000 mah, 10x8 propeller you...

i built it with a 4 channel setup. The rudder control is for adding more acrobatic control. The wing is perfectlyu straight.
